Thank you for choosing Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge! By booking a service, you agree to the following guidelines. These are in place to protect your time, my time, and to ensure every visit is a safe, supportive, and beautiful experience. πŸ’–

Appointments

  • Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and subject to fees.

  • A valid card on file or deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Reschedules/cancellations within 24 hours β†’ subject to fees. No-shows β†’ charged up to 100%.

Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable but applied to your service total.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted: card, Venmo, exact cash.

  • All services are non-refundable. Adjustments may be offered if requested within 48 hours (non-lash services) or within 3 days (lash extensions).

✨ Health & Safety

πŸ–€ Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect service.
πŸ–€ For everyone’s safety, please reschedule if you are sick or contagious.
πŸ–€ Results for body contouring and skincare vary per person and cannot be guaranteed.

✨ Allergic Reactions

πŸ–€ Patch tests are available and recommended for new lash, brow, or tint clients.
πŸ–€ Reactions may still occur. Refunds are not offered, but complimentary lash removals will be provided if needed.

✨ Photos & Consent

πŸ–€ Photos may be taken to track results.
πŸ–€ With your consent, these may also be used for marketing/social media. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

✨ Studio Environment

πŸ–€ To keep the space calm and professional, no extra guests or children unless approved.
πŸ–€ Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
