Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge Policies
Thank you so much for choosing Pristine! To help everything run smoothly and respectfully for us both, here are a few important policies to know before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you’re acknowledging and agreeing to the following:
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee. This gives me time to offer your spot to someone else.
Late reschedules (with less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
Late cancellations (with less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for new clients and online booking. This goes toward your service total.
Deposit amounts vary based on the service and will be applied to your final total at checkout.
If deposit paid is more than appointment, extra is refunded to card or Venmo. No-shows/late cancels forfeit deposit.
If you no-show and your deposit is more than the service cost, the full deposit will be forfeited.
If your deposit is less than any applicable fee (e.g. late cancel or no-show), the remaining balance will be charged to your card on file.
Gift Certificates or Vouchers:
No deposit is required, but a valid card must still be on file. If you cancel late or no-show, the full service value will be deducted from your voucher. If the applicable fee exceeds your remaining voucher balance, your card on file will be charged for the difference.
Invoices & Confirmations:
New clients only if no deposit is received an invoice will be sent. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours or your appointment will be cancelled. No deposit = no appointment for new clients. No exceptions.
Card on File Policy
To secure any appointment, a valid card must be kept on file. This card will only be charged in accordance with studio policies — such as for late cancellations, no-shows, or to process your final service balance.
Your card is stored securely using encrypted technology and is never accessed without consent. This helps protect your time, guarantees your booking, and makes checkout quick and smooth.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include:
Card on file or physical card
Venmo
Exact cash (no change given)
Hours & After-Hours Booking
My regular hours are:
Sunday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Monday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 9 AM – 8 PM
Thursday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Friday & Saturday: Closed
If you request an appointment outside of regular hours and it’s approved, a $100 outside-hours fee will be added to your total.
Guests & Kiddos
To keep the studio peaceful, clean, and safe, no children or additional guests are allowed unless you’ve received prior approval.
If guest approval is granted:
You are fully responsible for your guest’s behavior.
If disruptive behavior causes your service to be paused or stopped, you will still be charged in full.
You are responsible for any damage to the space, equipment, or property caused by your guest.
I prioritize a calm, supportive environment for all clients and appreciate your respect for the space and neighboring businesses.
Lash Fills, Foreign Fills, Contact Lenses & Patch Tests
Fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment. If it has been 4 weeks or more, or if you're missing more than 40% of your extensions, you will need to book a full set.
Booking a fill outside the proper timeframe may result in your appointment being adjusted or rescheduled, and fees may apply.
Foreign fills (lash extensions done by another artist) will be evaluated at the start of your appointment. If your current lashes are not compatible with my products or would compromise your natural lashes, a removal and full set may be required. If time allows, I’ll complete both during your appointment. If not, we may need to reschedule and a service fee will still apply.
Contact Lenses: For your safety and comfort, I highly recommend removing your contact lenses before your lash extension, lift, or tint appointment. If you choose to leave them in, you do so at your own risk. Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any irritation or discomfort caused during or after the service.
Patch Tests: If you are new to lash extensions or have a history of sensitivities, I strongly recommend booking a free patch test at least 24 hours before your full set. While patch tests can help identify sensitivities, they are not a guarantee that a reaction won’t occur.
Package Policy
If you purchase a package (multiple sessions of a service at a discounted rate), all sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Any remaining sessions that are unused after 6 months will expire and will not be refunded or extended.
If you cancel, reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-show for an appointment booked using a package, that missed session will be deducted from your package as if it were used. This ensures availability for other clients and respects the time set aside for your appointment.
Communication Policy
Communication is everything! I use a dedicated business phone for Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge — separate from my personal line — to keep communication clear and professional. You're welcome to call or text me directly at (208) 557-1408 for appointment updates, service questions, or time-sensitive needs. If I’m with a client, I may not be able to answer right away, but I’ll return your call or reply as soon as possible.
I also use a client communication system (CRM) with the number (938) 348-1408 — this number sends out your appointment reminders and is able to handle some basic questions or confirmations. You can reply directly to that number, and your message will reach me as well.

Text is still the fastest way to reach me at 208-557-1408— especially for reschedules or quick questions.
I’m more active on Instagram than Facebook, and DMs on either platform can sometimes be delayed or missed.
I aim to respond within 24–48 hours, but replies may be slower during weekends or busy studio hours.

Appointments Policy (Consultations & Patch Tests)
While skin consultations and lash patch tests are complimentary, they still require a reserved time slot, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations affect availability for other clients.
A card on file is required to book, and if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, a $20 fee will be charged to the card on file.

Right to Refuse Service
Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: violation of studio policies, inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or if I believe the requested service is not a safe or appropriate fit. My priority is always the health, safety, and comfort of all clients.
By booking, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies. These are in place to protect your time, my business, and ensure the best possible experience for everyone 💛
