Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge Policies
At Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge, policies are in place to protect your time, my time, and the overall client experience. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These guidelines ensure fairness, peace, and high-quality care for every appointment.
Age Requirement
Services are available for clients 18+ only. No services are offered to minors under 18, even with parental consent.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a fee. This gives me time to offer your spot to someone else.
Late reschedules (with less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
Late cancellations (with less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time.
15+ minutes late: appointment may be rescheduled and charged as a late cancellation/no-show.
If time allows, service may be shortened but the full fee still applies.
Illness & Sick Policy
Please reschedule if you’re sick, contagious, or experiencing symptoms (fever, flu, eye infection, cold sores, etc.).
Arriving visibly ill may result in rescheduling with a late cancellation fee.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required for new clients and online booking. This goes toward your service total.
Deposit amounts vary based on the service and will be applied to your final total at checkout.
No-shows/late cancels forfeit deposits. If the owed fee is higher, the card on file will be charged.
If your deposit equals the full service cost, no payment is due at the appointment.
Gift Certificates or Vouchers:
No deposit is required, but a valid card must still be on file. If you cancel late or no-show, the full service value will be deducted from your voucher. If the applicable fee exceeds your remaining voucher balance, your card on file will be charged for the difference.
Invoices & Confirmations:
New clients only if no deposit is received an invoice will be sent. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours or your appointment will be cancelled. No deposit = no appointment for new clients. No exceptions.
Card on File
To secure any appointment, a valid card must be kept on file. This card will only be charged in accordance with studio policies, such as for late cancellations, no-shows, or to process your final service balance.
Your card is stored securely using encrypted technology and is never accessed without consent. This helps protect your time, guarantees your booking, and makes checkout quick and smooth.
Payment Methods
Full payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include:

After-Hours Appointments
Regular hours:
Sun: 9 AM – 5 PM
Mon: 9 AM – 3 PM
Tues: 4:30 PM – 8 PM
Wed: 9 AM – 3 PM & 4:30 PM – 8 PM
Thurs–Sat: Closed
After-hours bookings: $70 fee applies (approval required).
Guests & Kiddos
To keep the studio peaceful, clean, and safe, no children or additional guests are allowed unless you’ve received prior approval.
If guest approval is granted:
You are fully responsible for your guest’s behavior.
If disruptive behavior causes your service to be paused or stopped, you will still be charged in full.
You are responsible for any damage to the space, equipment, or property caused by your guest.
I prioritize a calm, supportive environment for all clients and appreciate your respect for the space and neighboring businesses.
Lash Fills, Foreign Fills & Patch Tests
Fills must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your last appointment. If it has been 4 weeks or more, or if you're missing more than 40% of your extensions, you will need to book a full set.
Booking a fill outside the proper timeframe may result in your appointment being adjusted or rescheduled, and fees may apply.
Foreign fills (lash extensions done by another artist) will be evaluated at the start of your appointment. If your current lashes are not compatible with my products or would compromise your natural lashes, a removal and full set may be required. If time allows, I’ll complete both during your appointment. If not, we may need to reschedule and a service fee will still apply.
Contact Lenses: For your safety and comfort, I highly recommend removing your contact lenses before your lash extension, lift, or tint appointment. If you choose to leave them in, you do so at your own risk. Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any irritation or discomfort caused during or after the service.
Patch Tests: If you are new to lash extensions or have a history of sensitivities, I strongly recommend booking a free patch test at least 24 hours before your full set. While patch tests can help identify sensitivities, they are not a guarantee that a reaction won’t occur.
Lash Extension 3-Day Policy
Complimentary touch-up if excessive fallout occurs within 3 days.
Issues after 3 days = treated as a fill (normal fees).
Allergic reaction within 3 days = free removal.
No refunds on lash services.
Body Contouring Disclaimer
Results vary; multiple sessions usually required.
Not a medical procedure therefore not intended to diagnose or cure conditions.
Medical Disclaimer
By booking, you confirm all health history, allergies, and medications have been disclosed.
Studio is not responsible for outcomes affected by undisclosed info or failure to follow pre/post-care.
Allergic Reactions
Patch tests are available but do not guarantee prevention.
Refunds are not provided.
Notify the studio immediately if reaction occurs.
Packages
If you purchase a package (multiple sessions of a service at a discounted rate), all sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Any remaining sessions that are unused after 6 months will expire and will not be refunded or extended.
If you cancel, reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-show for an appointment booked using a package, that missed session will be deducted from your package as if it were used. This ensures availability for other clients and respects the time set aside for your appointment.
Photos & Social Media
Photos may be taken for documentation.
With consent, photos may be used for social media or marketing.
Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn anytime.
Vouchers
Must be presented at service or applied at booking.
Valid only for listed service/value.
Cannot be combined with promos unless stated.
Treat like cash, if lost/expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
Refunds & Returns
Services: non-refundable. Adjustments offered when possible.
Products: unopened/unused can be returned within 7 days for credit or exchange.
Opened/used and clearance items are final sale.

Communication is everything! I use a dedicated business phone for Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge — separate from my personal line — to keep communication clear and professional. You're welcome to call or text me directly at (208) 557-1408 for appointment updates, service questions, or time-sensitive needs. If I’m with a client, I may not be able to answer right away, but I’ll return your call or reply as soon as possible.

I also use a system line with the number (208) 557-1713 this number sends out some appointment reminders and info, deposits, invoices, policy enforcement. You can reply directly to that number, and your message will reach me as well.

Complimentary Services & Consultations
While skin consultations and lash patch tests are complimentary, they still require a reserved time slot, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations affect availability for other clients.
A card on file is required to book, and if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file.

Service Guarantee (Non-Lash Services)
Adjustments for brows, facials, or contouring must be requested within 48 hrs.
After this, a new booking is required.
Privacy Policy
All client information is kept confidential.
Used only for booking, payments, and services.
Never shared or sold.
No Tolerance
Disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
May result in service refusal without refund.
Right to Refuse Service
Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: violation of studio policies, inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or if I believe the requested service is not a safe or appropriate fit. My priority is always the health, safety, and comfort of all clients.
