2. Appointments & Payments

🖤 All appointments must be booked online or directly through the studio.
🖤 A valid card on file and/or non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
🖤 Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card, Venmo, and exact cash.
🖤 No-shows, late cancellations, and reschedules within 24 hours are subject to fees, as outlined in our Salon Policies.

3. Refunds & Returns

🖤 All services are non-refundable.
🖤 Unopened/unused products may be returned within 7 days for studio credit or exchange only.
🖤 Opened/used products, clearance, and promotional items are final sale.

4. Health & Safety

🖤 Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions, allergies, and medications prior to service.
🖤 Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge is not responsible for outcomes impacted by undisclosed information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
🖤 For the health of all clients and staff, please reschedule if you are ill. Clients arriving visibly sick may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to cancellation fees.

5. Age Requirement

🖤 All clients must be 18 years or older. Services will not be performed on minors, even with parental consent.

6. Photography & Marketing

🖤 Photos may be taken before, during, or after your service for documentation purposes.
🖤 With consent, photos may also be used for marketing (website, social media, promotional materials).
🖤 Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by notifying the studio.

7. Body Contouring Disclaimer

🖤 Body contouring services are non-medical and results vary per individual.
🖤 These treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
🖤 Multiple sessions may be required for best results.

8. Liability

🖤 Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge is not liable for reactions, sensitivities, or conditions arising from services or products.
🖤 Patch tests and consultations are recommended but not guaranteed to prevent allergic reactions.
🖤 By booking, you agree to release Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge and its staff from liability related to your services.
